Diamond Trust Bank joined the rest of the world in celebration of Customer Service Week. DTB vows that the customer will continue to be the priority for them.
In commemoration of the Customer Service Week, DTB staff members paid visits to customers in their areas of work to get their comments on how DTB can improve their services to serve them better. Customers that visited the branches during the Customer Service Week were handed over DTB branded gifts.
