NMB Bank Plc Managing Director, Ms. Ineke Bussemaker, exchanges views with customers at a breakfast event prepared specifically to mark the bank's Customer Service Week. Ms. Ineke promised the customers that the bank will continually improve its products and services to address their various needs, including making use of technology and more than its 3,500 agents countrywide are expected to reach more customers in the country. According to her, NMB's mobile platform now accommodates money transfers to other banks up to Sh. 3 million. The bank has a network of over 200 branches and over 700 MasterCard and VISA accepting ATM machines countrywide. |
