AIRTEL TANZANIA LEADERSHIP VISITS CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO MARK CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK

As part of Customer Service Week 2025 celebrations, Airtel Tanzania’s leadership team, led by Managing Director Charles Kamoto and Communications Director Beatrice Singano, visited the Airtel Customer Service Center in Dar es Salaam to recognize and appreciate frontline staff for their dedication in delivering high-quality and innovative services to customers nationwide.

During the visit, the executives interacted directly with customer service agents and even handled customer calls, gaining first-hand insights into customer experiences and challenges. This initiative demonstrated Airtel’s ongoing commitment to improving service delivery and strengthening its “Mteja Kwanza” (Customer First) philosophy.

Mr. Kamoto also recognized the best-performing employees for September — Arapha Joseph, Rashidi Msuya, and Syliakus Kaiza — for their outstanding contributions to the center’s operations and customer satisfaction.

Speaking during the visit, Mr. Kamoto commended the customer service team for their dedication and emphasized that Airtel’s success is built on exceptional service and lasting customer relationships.

Our customers are the heart of everything we do. I encourage all of you to continue providing efficient, innovative, and customer-focused services that make Airtel the preferred choice in Tanzania,” he said.
