Speaking on being among the participants, the Business Unit Manager for NCBA branch in Zanzibar, noted that, “we are delighted to be among the participants in this one-of-a-kind exhibition that will connect us to many real estate and constructions players. Our presence plays a significant role as financial institutions are among the pillars to successful buildings and infrastructures across the country.”
“The construction sector is not only important to participants here at the Home Expo in Zanzibar but also fuels the development of economies globally. We are all aware that a house is a dream for many people in the journey of their lives. Better houses provide better homes for our families and help us to stay focused on achieving other goals that contribute to national development. Our main objective in this expo is to provide education on our competitive mortgage products that customers are yet to exploit. The building or finishing up a house is not an easy task so it is the construction, NCBA can assist in the provision of loans or advice to make your projects into reality.”
The Home Expo Zanzibar has successfully managed to gather all the key players in the sector that at the end of the exhibitions expected to exploit investment opportunities found in the real estate industry in Zanzibar; to showcase real estate infrastructures and new technology on building and construction companies; to establish and nurture corporation between domestic and foreign real estate owners and construction companies; to connect investors in real estate and customers with financial institutions (Mortgages); to create awareness for local and foreigners in acquiring land in connection with municipal plans; as well as to provide opportunities for financial lenders and educate citizens on how to secure better mortgage facilities.
“NCBA has great mortgage products that could help tons of customers and participants who will turn out at exhibitions. Most people struggle to build or own a house by utilizing the resources they have without considering the assistance that financial institutions offer. The role we play is crucial that most people are unaware of in different aspects,” he said and added that, “Construction or acquiring any property requires right information and resources for guidance. As a bank, we believe that anyone can own a property or win a particular construction project if presented with the right means. This also applies the same to any nation in having the right partner in the execution of different strategic infrastructures for the betterment of her people.”
“As a financial institution, we are compelled in ensuring that customers benefit from our offerings and impact other economic sectors as well. I would like to encourage all exhibitors and participants to visit our booth and pick up some brains from our expertise. The real estate and construction sectors offer tons of possibilities if presented with the right information. We have been serving this sector for quite some time and we would like to continue adding more customers to our portfolio, ” he concluded.
