Dar es Salaam, September 8, 2025 – Columbia Africa Healthcare Limited has officially announced the acquisition of IST Clinic, a well-established primary healthcare provider in Dar es Salaam. Through this 100% equity deal, Columbia Africa adds Tanzania to its network, which currently includes clinics in Nairobi, Kenya.
This strategic move marks a key milestone in Columbia Africa’s mission to expand high-quality, affordable, and patient-centered healthcare services across East Africa. Following the integration, IST Clinic will now operate under the Columbia Africa brand.
