In a remarkable initiative to foster women's entrepreneurship, Diamond Trust Bank PLC partnered with the Launchpad, to host an event dedicated to empowering women with essential digital skills and financial literacy. This event, held at Anatoglo hall, Mnazi Mmoja Dar es salaam on November 30th, 2024 brought together 267 aspiring and established women entrepreneurs from various sectors offering valuable digital knowledge, positioning them to thrive in the modern, tech-driven marketplace.
The Bank pledged to train a total of 500 women on Entrepreneurship and SMEs development by 2030. This initiative aligns with the bank’s commitment to fostering gender equality and promoting women’s economic empowerment through digital skills and entrepreneurship development.
