Akiba Commercial Bank Plc (ACB) continues to affirm its commitment to being a customer-centric institution by hosting a special engagement forum with its customers in Moshi on 16th July 2025. The event, held in the heart of Kilimanjaro region, was graced by the Bank’s Managing Director, Mr. Silvest Arumasi.

Ms. Florentina Manyilunzi, the new ACB Branch Manager of Moshi, was officially introduced to customers during the meeting.

The customer forum served as an important platform for open dialogue between the Bank and its clients. It brought together a cross-section of customers from the Moshi area, creating a space where they could offer feedback, learn about recent bank initiatives, and gain financial education—all under one roof.

In his address, Mr. Arumasi underscored the importance of customer feedback in shaping the Bank’s services:

“At ACB, being customer-centric is not just a principle—it’s a practice. We value your feedback, and we are committed to translating it into real action,” he emphasized.

Participants shared personal success stories of their journeys with ACB, citing how the Bank’s support had contributed to their financial growth. They also offered constructive suggestions to enhance service delivery, which the Bank welcomed as part of its continuous improvement strategy.

Customers were particularly appreciative of Mr. Arumasi’s hands-on leadership style, noting his readiness to listen and respond to concerns in real time. Many praised his strategic approach and business acumen, highlighting his presence as a strong signal of the Bank's seriousness in fostering meaningful customer relationships.

The forum concluded with ACB reaffirming its dedication to a listening culture and promising to act on the feedback received. This initiative is part of the Bank’s broader strategy to build a responsive and inclusive financial ecosystem that meets the evolving needs of Tanzanians.

“We are a bank that listens, cares, and delivers meaningful results for the communities we serve,” the Bank reiterated.
