INSIGHT CELEBRATES 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Tony Sugden, CEO and co-founder of WS Insight (formerly Warrior Security), accepts an award from his wife Jacqui Sugden as a senior staff who has been with the Company since its inception in 2007, during the marking of the 10 year anniversary of the firm held in Dar es Salaam on Thursday. WS Insight is one of the most trusted, private risk and security management companies in East and Central Africa.

5 October 2017, Dar es Salaam: WS Insight (formerly Warrior Security) hosted a Gala Dinner on Thursday evening to celebrate a decade of achievement as one of the most trusted, private risk and security management companies in East and Central Africa.

The gala event was held at the Sea Cliff Hotel brought together over 100 private guests from a wide range sectors, who were well entertained by renowned Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi. There were also awards for staff who have been with the Company for over 10 years.

Tony Sugden, CEO and co-founder of WS Insight said, “After 10 years, I am proud to say that our company, Insight, which began as a small operation in Arusha back in 2006, is now employing 1,500 staff in Tanzania alone, and a total of over 7,000 employees, spread across 5 countries!”

Co-founder of Warrior Security in 2006, Tony has over 15 years’ experience in Commercial Security throughout East and Central Africa. He has directed operations encompassing over 5000 people and produced training programmes, procedures and systems for large and small clients including the US State Department, UN organisations, NGOs, Corporate businesses and individuals.

Ashton Towler biography - Director and Chief Financial Officer

Co-founder of Warrior Security in 2006 Ashton is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Ashton trained as a computer programmer prior to obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Computation from the University of Manchester. After graduation Ashton qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in London prior to joining CDC Group plc where he undertook several investment roles including 5 years managing their distressed investment portfolio in East and West Africa. Ashton has a broad experience of different industry sectors and in developing corporate growth strategies
