Dar es Salaam. The Chief Executive Officer of Mohammed Enterprise Limited (METL), Mr Mohammed Dewji, has been recognized by Choiseul 100 Africa as among the top ten active young people in the continent for their contribution to the emergence of Africa as a major player in the global economy.
Mr Dewji is among other ten businessmen from across the continent who have been identified and ranked the young African leaders of 40 years old and under, who play a major role in the development of Africa.
Choiseul 100 Africa is an original annual study carried out by the Institute Choiseul headquartered in Paris, France.
The institute mainly identifies growing business leaders, successful entrepreneurs, investors, and others who embody the dynamism and renewal of a whole continent and carry the hopes of an entire generation.
The study involves 42 countries from the continent and Mr Dewji was the only candidate from Tanzania.
“Dear Mr Dewji, I am pleased to send you our ranking “100 Choiseul Africa” of young African business leaders.
“You have been selected with regard to your dynamism, your exceptional course and an active contribution to the emergence of Africa as a major player in the global economy, and I congratulate you most warmly” said Dr Pascal Lorot, President of the Institut Choiseul in a message sent to Mr Dewji.
