Position: Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking
Reports to: Head of Global Markets
Location: Tanzania
Purpose of the position:
- Establish and effectively manage a corporate banking portfolio by building and growing the bank’s market share in the corporate market segment
- Growing the Bank's Assets, liabilities and Revenue

Job requirements:
- Commerce or Banking degree
- Understanding of Corporate Banking solutions, (receipts, payments, reconciliation and trade finance), Financial markets (Global Markets), and Investment Banking.
- Previous experience in sourcing “deals” and negotiating their successful conclusion.
- Minimum 4 years Corporate Banking experience, proven product, sales and relationship management track record within a financial institution and/or corporate environment.
- Credit/lending experience
A competitive salary of TZS 10 million (gross), performance based annual bonuses and other fringe benefits will be on offer to the right candidate i.e. results oriented, energetic and innovative.
