Position: Head of Global Technology and Infrastructure Service (GTIS)

Purpose:

The Head of GTIS is accountable for the end to end delivery of all NBC infrastructure services (network, data centre, desktop, messaging, print, intranet, mobility and voice services) across the country.

Job level: VP

Purpose:

To manage operations in support of the Retail Business in a customer focused and performance driven culture. The role holder is accountable for the delivery of day to day services to the business within the agreed SLA's, effective management and control of change into BAU with minimal impact to customer service and that critical systems/processes can recover within the BCM framework. Specifically, the role holder is responsible for account opening, loan processing, card operations as well as digital/alternative channels.
