Airtel Tanzania has donated sports gear to Kinondoni Football Association (KIFA) which will be used during the U-17 Chipukizi tournament scheduled to kick off on October 8 within the district.
The tournament which is expected to feature 64 teams is aimed to give the youth an opportunity to showcase their talents and expose them to coaches who will select a combine youth team for the district.
Speaking in Dar es Salaam during the event to handover the sports gear, Airtel Tanzania Sales Manager for Dar es Salaam region Brighton Majwala said ‘today is a special for us Airtel as we have decided to extend our reach for the youth.
