Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – Absa Bank Tanzania has reinforced its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and accelerating the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by participating as one of the key sponsors of the 2026 World Entrepreneurs' Day celebrations held in Dar es Salaam.
Organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the event attracted more than 350 entrepreneurs, industry leaders, policymakers, and business support organizations, creating a platform for meaningful discussions on strengthening Tanzania's entrepreneurial ecosystem and unlocking opportunities for enterprise growth.
Throughout the event, Absa Bank Tanzania engaged directly with entrepreneurs, showcasing a wide range of financial solutions designed to support businesses at different stages of growth—from micro enterprises and small businesses to medium-sized companies seeking to expand their operations.
