Dar es Salaam, 22 September 2023: Stanbic Bank Tanzania has announced the launch of its groundbreaking banking chatbot named Kai, set to transform the banking landscape. This visionary step underscores the bank’s unwavering commitment to delivering innovative solutions and elevating customer satisfaction. The announcement was made at a webinar that discussed progress made in the digital space, held at the Hyatt Regency hotel at the end of last week.

Kai, the affable and efficient chatbot, ushers in a new era on how users get banking information and assistance. It promises to simplify, speed up, and make the bank’s services and products more accessible. Kai, will provide 24/7 customer service and support and is accessible through WhatsApp number +255 742 000 636 and via the Stanbic Bank Tanzania website under Chat.
