Speaking at the launch which took place at the bank’s Head Office, Barclays Head of Products, Segments and Retail Strategy, Musa Kitoi said that i-ATMs are a range of digitally advanced ATMs that are capable of handling a verse of features and services. The bank continues to commit to providing its customers with seamless, efficient and digitally enabled customer banking experience that will make the lives of our customers much easier.
He continued, “At Barclays we are here to enable our customers Prosper and hence we aim to provide them with consistent experience that is more flexible, convenient and responsive to their needs. We believe that we are now digitally dominant in this market because, we now have Paperless banking, Cash send, mobile banking services, last year we launched Service Guarantees-Barclays means what it says; committing to giving our customers consistent yet superior banking experience every time they interact with us through their channels of choice guaranteeing our customers reliable, standardised and secure system functionality.”
