HALOTEL LAUNCHES NEW CAMPAIGN DUBBED 'SWITCH TO HALOTEL'

Halotel has launched a new campaign christened 'Switch to Halotel' which aims at stimulating customers’ desire towards Halotel services. Alongside with the new campaign, the company has announced a move that will see the firm’s customer-service providers visit clients to the place of their comfort, all over the country and offer services to them.
“Since the inception of halotel services in Tanzania, we have been receiving a worm-embrace from Tanzanians. Up to now, more than 350,000 locals are using Halotel and they are enjoying our state of the art services we offer,” said Nguyen Van Son the Deputy Director of Halotel Tanzania during the launch of the campaign at Makumbusho market in Dar es Salaam.
“We are very thrilled with the way people of this country have been supporting us, it helps us to work hard and improve the telecommunication services in the east African region. We feel honored when we see all these developments being attained in a very short period of time and we expect to continue offering more services to our customers in the near future,” he said.
He further announced that his company has now started to offer specific packages in accordance to specific places and needs of specific consumers.
“For instance, we recently introduced a Zanzibar yetu package, specifically for the Island dwellers where a Halotel customer is able to talk for free during weekends for only Tshs 1000 together with other packages. For those living in Mbeya, Manyara, Pwani, Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Mara they can get up to 60 seconds to call for free Halotel to Halotel whenever they recharge airtime for a duration of one month after registration,” Mr. Van Son said.
He further hinted that Halotel will soon invest more than Tshs 200 billion to improve voice and internet speed.
