As a result of a technical requirement of the modernization process of the network, Zantel customers will temporarily need to ensure that their phone settings are adjusted as of the 1st of November until 31st December 2016.
To that effect – we are asking our customers to have their network settings set to “Automatic Network Selection” and enable data roaming so that they can continue enjoying Zantel services.

Zantel’s network upgrade will enable all customers to benefit from better coverage and improved internet browsing speed. The country will also benefit from the boost that 4G faster internet connections will provide to businesses and the development of innovative technologies and digital services.
