BARCLAYS AFRICA WINS PRESTIGIOUS EUROMONEY AWARDS

Barclays Africa has been recognised as "Best Investment Bank in Africa" and "Best M&A House in Africa" in the prestigious Euromoney Awards for Excellence. These awards, announced at an event held in London's Natural History Musuem last night, honoured the Barclays Africa's Corporate and Investment Banking division for delivering the highest levels of service, innovation and expertise to their customers and the industries they serve.

Euromoney also recognised Barclays as the "Best Bank in Ghana" for displaying the same qualities.

The awards symbolise an important milestone in Barclays Africa's journey to become the 'Go-To' bank in Africa, less than a year after establishing Barclays Africa Group.
