NMB BANK CELEBRATES EXCELLENCE, STRENGTHENS PARTNERSHIP WITH UNIVERSITY OF DAR ES SALAAM

NMB Bank PLC, in partnership with the University of Dar es Salaam’s College of Business Studies, has celebrated top graduating students in a special award ceremony recognizing their hard work, excellence, and bright futures.

The event also included the handover of awards and prizes, where NMB representatives commended the graduates and reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to supporting young talent across the country.

Speaking on behalf of the Bank, the Guest of Honor and NMB Bank’s Head of Human Resources Center of Expertise, Joanitha Mrengo, expressed pride in the achievements of the students.

Representing the Vice Chancellor, the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Research, Professor Nelson Boniface, highlighted the value of the partnership to the University.

He added that the University will continue inviting industry experts—including those from NMB—to deliver guest lectures, giving students practical exposure and better preparation for the world of work.

The University’s Dean of Students, Professor Omary Mbura, described NMB Bank as a vital partner whose support goes beyond finances.
